1. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, or

2. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be issued via mobile banking or store credit

2. Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If Bio Food is at fault, return shipping costs will be covered by us.
